Yeah, the OpenID thing is weird, I chatted to Noodles about it a while ago and neither of us can see anything wrong with our respective setups -- people with LiveJournal IDs can sign in here, say, and I use Noodles' server to sign in to LiveJournal, which is pretty much the original OpenID implementation AIUI.
